From first conversation to live deployment
First conversation — 30 minutes, no obligation
We ask about your systems, your team size, and the workflow you want to improve. We tell you honestly whether AI can fix it, what it would cost, and how long it would take. No pitch deck. No sales process.
Discovery sprint — 2 weeks, fixed cost
Our engineers map your data sources, your systems and your workflows in detail. We identify the highest-value AI integration point, define the success metrics, and deliver a written implementation plan. You own this document regardless of whether you proceed.
Build — weeks 3 to 5
We build the AI model, the integration layer, the governance framework and the audit trail. We work inside your environment using your data. You review progress weekly. Nothing goes live without your approval.
Deploy — week 6
We deploy to production, train your team and hand over the governance documentation your regulator may request. The system goes live.
Improve — ongoing
We monitor model performance, alert you to any degradation, retrain on new data and expand to additional workflows as you are ready. The monthly retainer covers all of this.

How long before we see results?
Most firms see measurable results within two weeks of production deployment. We define success metrics during discovery and measure them from day one.
What if our data is messy?
Most data is. Part of the discovery sprint is assessing data quality and identifying what needs to be cleaned before the AI can use it reliably.
Do we need a technical team?
No. You need someone who understands your workflow and can make decisions about it. Our engineers handle everything technical.
What systems do you integrate with?
iManage, Guidewire, Aderant, Elite 3E, Clio, Caseware, core banking platforms, any system with a REST API.
What happens if the AI makes a mistake?
Every Trovix system has a human review step and override capability. Low-confidence outputs are automatically routed to a human reviewer. Every decision is logged.
Is this compliant with our regulator?
We build to FCA, SRA, FRC, PRA and ICO requirements from the start and document AI involvement in the format regulators expect.
