Is there a free trial?

We offer a paid discovery sprint — two weeks at a fixed cost — where we map your workflows, identify the highest-value AI use case and give you a detailed implementation plan. This is not a trial: it is a deliverable you keep regardless of whether you proceed.

What is the minimum commitment?

Starter has no minimum — cancel anytime. Growth requires a 3-month commitment. Infrastructure is a 6-week build followed by a monthly retainer with 3-month notice.

Can I start on Starter and move to Infrastructure?

Yes. Many firms start on Starter to validate the value of one workflow, then commission a full Infrastructure integration once they have seen the results.

Do you charge for the 6-week build separately?

No. The 6-week build is included in the Infrastructure plan. The £2,500/month retainer begins after deployment.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

We return all your data in standard formats within 14 days of cancellation and delete all copies from our systems. This is contractually guaranteed.

Can you deploy inside our own cloud environment?

Yes — this is the default for Infrastructure plans. We deploy inside your AWS, Azure or GCP tenant, or on-premise if required. Your data never leaves your environment.
