Who we are
Trovix.ai is run by a focused team of six senior engineers based in London. Backgrounds across AI engineering, cloud infrastructure, data platforms and enterprise software delivery. We hire for depth, not headcount.
How we work together
Small team, full ownership. Every engineer at Trovix is responsible for shipping product end-to-end — design, build, deploy, support. No hand-offs to a separate ops team. No bench. No outsourcing.
Our hiring philosophy
We hire slowly. We pay well. We expect every engineer to be capable of taking a customer call, writing a security questionnaire response, and shipping production code in the same week. We do not hire juniors at present.
