Overview
Aria is a secure, retrieval-augmented AI assistant trained on your firm's own documents — matter files, precedent banks, research libraries, policy wordings, slip libraries, KIDs and prospectuses. It answers questions in your context, with citations that link back to the source paragraph. It respects your existing access controls. It runs in your tenancy, never the other way round.

Ingestion
Aria ingests your existing document estate from iManage, NetDocuments, SharePoint, OpenText, Worldox and shared drives. Documents are chunked, embedded and indexed inside your cloud tenancy.
Retrieval
Hybrid retrieval combining dense vector search, BM25 keyword search and metadata filtering. Respects matter-level ACLs and ethical walls enforced upstream by iManage Security or Microsoft Purview.
Generation
Retrieved passages compose a grounded prompt. Aria's generation produces an answer with inline citations. If the corpus does not contain a confident answer, Aria says so explicitly — it never confabulates a citation.
Audit
Every query, every retrieved document, every generated response is logged with user, timestamp, model version and confidence score. Logs stream to Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Datadog or your SIEM.
