KYC, CDD and EDD
Document capture, ID&V, sanctions and PEP screening (World-Check, Dow Jones, ComplyAdvantage), beneficial-ownership unwinding via Companies House, ongoing monitoring on accepted clients.
Risk scoring
Composite risk score combining sector, jurisdiction, beneficial-ownership opacity, political exposure and source-of-wealth confidence. Configurable thresholds drive routing to standard, EDD or risk-committee review.
Engagement assembly
Assembles the engagement letter from your templates with fee structure, scope, jurisdiction, conflict carve-outs and signature blocks. Tracks signature via DocuSign, Adobe Sign.
Handover to PMS
Opens the matter in Aderant Expert, Elite 3E, Intapp Open or your PMS, populated with all captured data and linked to all captured documents.
