Define what to extract from each document type once. Supports nested schemas, conditional fields, list extraction with line-item granularity and table extraction with cell-level confidence.
Layout-aware extraction
Handles scanned PDFs, multi-column documents, embedded tables, signatures, redactions, stamps and mixed-language documents. Pre-trained for MRC, MRCv3, ACORD, ISDA, LMA and EU SCC packs.
Human-in-the-loop review
Each extracted field carries a confidence score. You define the threshold per field. Below threshold routes to reviewer queue with source highlighted; above threshold passes straight through.
Continuous evaluation
Sift runs every model release against your own labelled gold set before promotion. You see precision, recall and field-level F1 trends. Regressions flagged before production.
Downstream integration
Pushes into Acturis, Sequel Impact, PPL, Whitespace, Salesforce FSC, Microsoft Dynamics, Aderant, Elite 3E or your data warehouse. Full lineage from extracted field back to source pixel.
